We’re thrilled to announce that Sensei, in partnership with the NSW Department of Customer Service (DCS), has won the 2024 Project Management Achievement Award (PMAA) in the category of “Transformation Project”. This award is for the chapter level, and it recognises the successful implementation of Altus, a solution built on the Microsoft Power Platform, which has unified and enhanced project management across the Department’s extensive portfolio. The announcement of the 2024 PMAA National Winners will take place in October 2024.
Sensei worked closely with DCS to replace the outdated PPM technology with Altus, a comprehensive and scalable solution that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft tools like Power BI and SAP. This transformation has provided DCS with a single source of truth for project data, improving transparency, enabling better governance, and supporting informed decision-making.
By aligning project management practices, enhancing data visibility, and fostering collaboration across teams, Altus has already onboarded over 2000 users, driving efficiency by automating manual processes and leveraging data analytics for improved decision-making.
Looking ahead, future phases will focus on further enhancing integration capabilities, particularly with financial systems, to streamline budget management and reporting, ensuring a bright future for project management at DCS.
Winning the PMAA 2024 award is a testament to our team’s dedication to delivering impactful solutions. We look forward to continuing our partnership with DCS and supporting their journey towards excellence in project management.
